CYY-LK2 is an economical cast iron thermal analyzer and a comprehensive solution for the casting industry. This device, part of the casting thermal analyzer series, combines thermal analysis with liquid metal chemical composition analysis to provide complete data for optimizing the casting process.
In the casting industry, thermal analysis is a critical step for product quality control. CYY-LK2 analyzes the cooling curve of molten metal to identify thermal arrest points for calculating chemical composition and predicting the microstructure of cast products.
Rapid analyzer with results in up to 240 seconds, featuring a 4-digit LED display (character height: 50mm) and automatic printing via embedded thermal printer. Display and print results
CYY-LK2 has two result display formats:
1. LED Display: 4-digit LED display with digit height of 50 mm. The operator can press the button to display CEL, C%, or Si%. Pressing the cycle button sequentially displays all parameters.
2. Embedded thermal printer: The device features an embedded thermal printer that automatically prints full English results, including measured temperature, carbon content, silicon content, carbon equivalent, hardness estimation, tensile strength, and other parameters. If the paper runs out, printing stops but the LED display remains unaffected.
